We had a great time and Info Cusco was excellent. They were super responsive, they timely answered all of our questions, they were on top of things and they solved everything that came up. I would definetely choose them again.

The experience was perfectly organized: schedules, tickets, transportation vouchers, Machu Picchu tickets,
lunch, dinner, tourist guide...
At this point, it is worth noting that they assigned us the best tourist guide we could have had, John: patient, generous in explanations,
kind, a wonderful being who knows the history of his people in depth and transmits it proudly.
Vanessa was always attentive to our queries, John met with us a few days before to explain everything and answers all our questions.
It was a wonderful experience that filled our soul and that we should all do once in our lives. We strongly recommend the experience.

I could not be more pleased with the services Vanessa and InfoCusco provided. So seamless!! Always attentive!!!
Met is at hotel upon Arrival.
Kept In DAILY contact via WhatsApp.
No travel agency has EVER had this level of concern for my happiness as well as making sure all of our guides, transfers etc etc were perfectly occurring as scheduled.
They even mailed a package home for me (when we purchased a bit too much to carry…) with appropriate attention.
I wholeheartedly, fully and completely endorse InfoCusco.
We have traveled the globe and this was the easiest agency we have ever used nonstateside.

I especially want to send Vanessa because she was very helpful and attentive. She always assist us, we had an issue with our luggage we needed to send it back to Cusco from hydrological and she assist us with Escobar Restaurant. Thank you very much. I highly recommend InfoCusco because they are responsible and the service is excellent
